Another great Employee Ownership story!

Meet Julie our Data Analyst!

Employment History:

I started here in 1996 as part of the embroidery team until I moved into the Planning Department.  Having been approached about a new role, I joined the Marketing team in 2009 as a data analyst and have never looked back!

What do you love about working here?

The comradery between departments, everyone working together which gives you a real sense of value and belonging. It’s great!

Interesting fact...

There’s nothing that I won’t tackle when it comes to repairing anything mechanical. Items to date include an embroidery machine, replacing a washing machine door and changing a handle on my mother-in-law’s oven.

I also love to ride motorbikes and watching car and bike racing but I wouldn’t describe myself as a fully-fledged petrol head just yet!

What does being Employee Owned mean to you?

Having a sense of belonging, interest in what is happening in the company and wanting to help in other departments.

Meet Dee our Customer Support Officer!

Employment History:

I originally applied for a processing role here, however, during the recruitment process, I was made aware of a temporary role, covering maternity in the customer support team. I began the temporary role in March 2015 and shortly thereafter was lucky enough to be made a permanent member of the team in September of the same year.

What do you love about working here?

Honestly! The people that I work with are what I love about working here. Everyone shares the same interest which is giving our customers the service they deserve. Along the way, I have met some great people I can call true friends.

Interesting fact...

I can play the Ukulele!

What does being Employee Owned mean to you?

I get to share in the success of the company and have a valued say in company-wide decisions.
