This is the website for our school’s official online uniform supplier. You can buy most items of your child’s uniform knowing that the items have been carefully selected to ensure that you receive good quality, hard wearing uniform and the prices represent excellent value for money from a company that prides itself on trading ethically.
The Bridgewater School colour is a distinctive jay blue. Our uniform is both tasteful and practical: acceptance of a place at this school means acceptance of the school uniform. The uniform gives a visible sign of belonging to the school and helps the development of a community spirit whilst also ensuring equality of status in dress. Pupils are expected to look smart at all times and dress to work.
When you accept a place at Bridgewater, you will be sent a full uniform list with prices. All items can be purchased through our local supplier or can be ordered online through the link on our school website. A special uniform sales day is organised prior to pupils starting school for the first time. Second-hand uniform can also be purchased through the school.
Should you experience financial difficulties in equipping your child with uniform, there is some help available. Families seeking advice should speak to the Headteacher, or the Deputy Headteacher, who will treat the matter with the utmost confidence.

Ear-rings present a particular problem, both in terms of safety and security and you are strongly advised not to allow your child to wear them to school. They may only wear a single pair of sleepers or plain studs, one in each ear. They must not be worn at all for PE lessons or any activity where the teacher feels there might be a safety risk. The responsibility for keeping them safe will lie entirely with the pupil at all times.
Contact lenses worn for fashion purposes rather than prescribed by an optician must never be worn in school. Similarly, make-up should not be worn in school at any time.
